Inclusive classroom is widely discussing around the countries regarding benefits and challenges of EFL teachers’ constraints in managing inclusive classroom. This study aimed at finding out (1) facts management teaching learning process, (2) faced teachers (3) new insights proposed by for better improvement The findings revealed that; a) Both have clear comprehension about concepts but they realized that didn’t optimally implemented principles management. are; lack competencies, b) trainings, c) limitation facilities based on students’ needs, d) Lack concrete materials, e) large classes, f) time allocation. can be recommendations future
